Hosted by the North Canton Chamber of Commerce, the Brews, Bourbon and BBQ was rebranded in 2022 (Originally Craft Beer Fest) in partnership with 720 Markets, to include retail vendors, barbecue pit masters, and a wider variety of breweries and distilleries from across the region. Due to increasing popularity the festival is moving to a larger venue to accommodate more guests and vendors. The new location will be 7/17 Credit Union Park (home of the Akron RubberDucks) in downtown Akron. This transition to a stadium setting provides the necessary space for more sampling stations, additional food options and an overall enhanced experience for our attendees.

We’re proud to announce that 7/17 Credit Union is the official title sponsor of the Brews, Bourbon & BBQ Festival.
Founded in 1957 by 15 Packard Electric workers with just $75 in a cigar box at the IUE Local 717 union hall, 7/17 has grown into Northeast Ohio’s largest credit union—over 120,000 members and 12 branches strong. Their mission has never changed: “We help people improve their lives financially and support the communities we serve.” That purpose shows up in everything from no-fee mortgages and community housing investments to everyday support for local nonprofits and families.
This sponsorship is a natural fit as the festival finds its new home at 7/17 Credit Union Park (formerly Canal Park).
